Peak Weeks where supplements apply are: Christmas Week - 2008 Creche Fully Booked New Years Week - 2008/09 Creche Fully Booked Half Term Weeks Private Nanny Supplement: An additional supplement may apply depending whether your nanny can resaonably travel daily to you, or if they require accommodation in your resort. Typically, the supplement is £100 per week. Please ask, Contact Page Payment Terms Child care bookings will only be accepted with full payment at the time of the booking. Cheques should be made payable to: Safe Hands France Ltd 44 Main Street Bilton Rugby Warwickshire CV22 7NE Alteration to bookings: If after receiving your final invoice you alter your booking, an administration charge of £5.00 will apply, except when adding children. Cancellation by you: If you need to cancel the booking, please inform me in writing as soon as possible. The following charges will apply: 90-61 days before the start date of service - cancellation charge of 50% of invoice total 60-29 days before the start date of service - cancellation charge of 70% of invoice total 28-15 days before the start date of service - cancellation charge of 90% of invoice total 0-14 days before the start date of service - cancellation charge of 100% of invoice total Cancellations requested before the period stated above incur a £50.00 charge.
